Benedict Freeman has experience working with a wide variety of populations through many different fitness domains including strength and conditioning, weight loss, injury prevention, wellness coaching, and endurance training.
Benedict has been involved in many kinds of sports programs. He currently enjoys working on new diets and sports programs for different groups of people, running, Crossfit-style workouts, martial arts, and yoga. All his advice is based on experience, on medical and nutritional concepts. Also, his biggest passion is to help people get well using the right food as medicine.
