Patrick Heller

Patrick Heller (1972) has experienced many organizations - both public and private - on the inside as a coach and consultant. His career path has taken him from being a software developer in the nineties to a successful coach in the last decades. He has helped organizations to become more responsive and agile in order for them to succeed in today’s fast-changing markets.

Heller’s special interests go out to leadership and psychology. He found the psychological aspects of coaching more and more intriguing, and that was the reason for expanding his knowledge in these areas with great passion in the last several years.

He deemed the time ripe to share some of that wisdom with people who work in modern organizations and find themselves contemplating how helpful it would be to know more about the inner workings of the human mind and the way it interacts with others.

His first published work is a booklet named, "Agile Essentials for Modern Leadership", and its focus is on the evolving meaning of leadership inside modern organizations who are looking to become more agile.

His second work, the much more elaborate "Essential Psychology for the Modern Workplace", will share practical scientifically proven psychological insights into the mind and everyday interactions with colleagues at work.

Heller is married, with two boys, and lives in the Netherlands. Besides being a successful organizational coach, he's also an experienced and fully licensed sports coach - he's been a taekwondo trainer for almost thirty years now, and for the last couple years, he's added being a soccer coach for one of his boys' teams.
