Heather Marra

With 25 years of experience as a licensed Physical Therapist, Heather Marra continues to help women find healing and freedom in every aspect of life. She graduated from Southwest Baptist University, Bolivar, MO in 1998 with her Master’s degree in Physical Therapy.

As a Pelvic Health expert, she has received extensive training focused on women’s health and pelvic floor physical therapy including PRPC (Pelvic Rehab Practitioner Certification) and CAPP-Pelvic (Certificate of Achievement in Pelvic Health Physical Therapy) from American Physical Therapy Association in 2008. Heather is a certified Pregnancy and Postpartum Corrective Exercise Specialist.

Being married to her husband, Pete, for over 20 years has been one of the best parts of her life. Heather has experienced the joy of giving birth to two sons as well as the adoption of their two daughters. Heather and her family love exploring new cultural experiences, making friends from around the world and of course sampling international cuisine. Currently, they reside in beautiful Kentucky and enjoy the challenges of living on a small farm.
