E. S. Kern

Hi, there!!

I'm Evan, also known as E. S. Kern... Born in Washington State on a sunny day in December, I was raised in Upstate New York. Been here, pretty much, my entire life; for all intents and purpose, I am a New Yorker. Started out writing sci-fi at the ripe age of 16, and kept that going for a few years. Left my episodic expansion series I was working on to head down a new path, in the fall of 2019: Paranormal fiction, inspired by true events that had occurred in my life in the intervening years.

My debut novel - The Shade: A "Spirits of Salem" Story - released on Amazon in early-September of 2020.

I love my city, I love my home-state, but I am a Seattle Seahawks fan, at heart. Whether it's watching them battle it out on the field, re-watching a classic horror film, or just listening to some good tunes, I'm usually found in my cave, writing away...and usually with a dog on my lap!!
