Brian Wray

Brian has been writing professionally since 2003, when he was awarded the Nicholl Fellowship in Screenwriting by the Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences. Since then, he has written for Walt Disney Studios and has earned a variety of television producing credits. Inspired by his time at Disney and the bottomless imagination of his daughters, Brian has placed his focus on storytelling for children.

Brian is the author of Maia and the Very Tall Wall. He is also the author of Unraveling Rose, and Max's Box - both awarded GOLD by Foreword INDIES Book of the Year Award for "Picture Books, Early Reader".
