Helping others become Secure in their Insecurities is my life's mission. My passion lies in finding creative ways to inspire people to live their best lives, just as I strive to live mine. My writing is heartfelt and authentic—imperfect, just like me. I embrace what I call "extreme self-acceptance," fostering a positive and compassionate relationship with myself and guiding others to do the same.
"The Naughty Therapist" marked a pivotal point in my journey—an honest reflection of my mistakes, struggles, and the challenges that ultimately led me to a more fulfilling relationship with myself. My life story is that of a hopeful, curious person who views the world with wonder. That part of me is still here, more learned, still eager to help others—not out of need, but out of genuine kindness. The joy of witnessing someone realize their worth and inner strength is my ultimate reward. I'm deeply passionate about those moments.
This passion led to the creation of "Love Me, Loudly," a fictional tale featuring Evie and Sam as they navigate the complexities of loving while dealing with anxiety and grief. Through their story, I explore how to accept, take risks, and build trust in the face of life's challenges. My goal was to depict how to navigate relationships when life is messy and far from perfect, offering insights from both a woman's and a man's perspective.
Intimacy, connection, and staying grounded in reality are central themes in my work. I delve into how two people with complex histories can find their way to something meaningful and lasting, incorporating relationship and self-care strategies along the way. My aim is to provide a fresh perspective on connection and understanding, emphasizing the importance of being present in a relationship rather than becoming entangled with an imagined version of your partner.
My upcoming book, "Cienna's Crossing," continues this exploration of love, personal growth, and the human experience. Stay tuned for its release as I continue to share my journey and insights with you.
