Fernando Poveda

Fernando Poveda García-Noblejas is an economist, philologist, and communicator. Passionate about human relationships, he has spent over a decade delivering conferences and training individuals and teams in communication, leadership, and family life.

He holds an Executive MBA from IESE Business School and combines his career in the IT consulting sector with university teaching in leadership and communication skills at Universidad Pontificia Comillas in Madrid, Spain.

Beyond his professional work, Fernando has been deeply involved in family education, moderating courses using the case study method at Aula Familiar, an association in which he served on the Board of Directors. Aula Familiar is affiliated with the International Federation for Family Development (IFFD), a global NGO dedicated to strengthening family relationships through education.

Fernando has given talks around the world on topics such as couple communication, parenting, conflict management, and building strong, lasting relationships. He is driven by a simple belief: a good conversation can change a life.
