A. Jamshed Adel is the founder of PM-Panacea, a project management consulting and training firm (https://pm-panacea.com). He is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) and Project Management Institute Risk Management Professional (PMI-RMP®) with over a decade of experience in project management that involves managing and leading large and complex projects. He holds a master’s degree in project management from Georgetown University. As a passionate consultant, Jamshed’s goal is to explore and surface some of the vital principles of project management and help organizations and project managers choose the right methods, tools and techniques thereby maximizing successful delivery of projects.
