Rajatt Narrang, AKA 'The Mavverrick' (for his nom de plume as author and nom de guerre), is the Co-Founder & Partner of Noealt Corp, a niche Research Firm pivoted on the Global Aerospace & Defense (A&D) Industry since 2009, apart from being an A&D & Geopolitics Specialist, Researcher, Author & Historian with interests spanning Nuclear, Aviation, Geopolitics & Cold-War History. He is also a Policy Influencer, Opinion Shaper, Advisor and Educator as a domain specialist operating at the intersection of A&D, Nuclear, Strategy & Geopolitics domains.

He has authored over 2000+ syndicated research reports since 2009 and has authored 23 non-fiction books on subjects ranging from Commercial & Military Aviation to Nuclear & Cold War History besides Geopolitics & Leadership. The end users of his reports have been senior executives of leading A&D Industry OEMs, led by Airbus, Boeing, Bombardier, Embraer, Gulfstream, Dassault, Textron Aviation and their supplier base, including, engine OEMs and T-1 suppliers, such as, GE Aviation, Rolls Royce, Pratt & Whitney, Safran & Spirit Aerosystems. He is a Member of 'The Centre for Joint Warfare Studies' (CENJOWS) - India's premier Think Tank created by the Ministry of Defence & 'World Institute for Nuclear Security' (WINS), a leading non-governmental organisation headquartered in Vienna, Austria which works closely with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) towards nuclear security. He is also associated with the 'International Campaign for Abolishment of Nuclear Weapons (ICAN)', based in Geneva, which won the Nobel Peace Prize in 2017 for its Denuclearization efforts, besides being associated with the U.S.-based 'Beyond Nuclear' and 'Nuclear Threat Initiative', both of which have been spearheading anti-nuclear activism for decades.

His educational background includes a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in International Business from the Indian Institute of Foreign Trade (IIFT), New Delhi with Business Strategy as the core pivot followed by a Masters in Political Science with specialization in International Relations. He has further pursued advanced, short learning programs from leading Global Universities & Institutions, including, Politics & Economics of International Energy, including Nuclear Energy, from Sciences Po, in addition, to International Humanitarian Law, Changing Global Order, Terrorism & Counter-Terrorism and the International Law in Action Series from the Hague-based Leiden University.

Further, in the Nuclear Weapons, Energy and Non-Proliferation & Disarmament domains, he has undertaken & completed multiple specialized learning programs, which include, 1. IAEA's Nuclear Safety Overview, 2. European Union's (EU) flagship official Non-Proliferation & Disarmament Program anchored on Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMDs), namely, Chemical, Biological & Nuclear Weapons 3. Russia and Nuclear Arms Control, themed on U.S.-Soviet/Russian Nuclear Arms Limitations & Reduction Treaties & Regime, from the St. Petersburg State University 4. Stanford University's comprehensive online program, "Living at the Nuclear Brink: Yesterday & Today", conducted jointly by eminent nuclear scientists; namely, Dr. Joe Martz and Dr. Siegfried Hecker, from the Los Alamos National Laboratory (LANL), which produced the world's first nuclear weapons, and Dr. William J. Perry, who served as the 19th U.S. Secretary of Defense under President Bill Clinton from 1994 to 1997, wherein, he was the chief architect of post-Cold War U.S. Nuclear Doctrine, Posture & Policies and worked towards arms reduction efforts across both sides in the post Cold War-era.

Being passionate about Naval Aviation as well as the broader A&D Industry, after having almost made the cut to be a Naval Aviator at the very outset of his professional career with a selection to the Indian Naval Academy in the late 1990s by cracking the NDA & SSB selection process and making it to the final merit list in the very first go; A&D continues to be the core focus & pivot of his professional pursuits even to this day. Further, as almost a tribute to Maverick and the A&D industry, he has just penned down the storyline & script for another sequel to the popular Top Gun movie franchise which is currently under review and in the process of being duly taken forward.

He is also a regular contributor of Op-eds/ analytical opinion pieces to Defense News India, LinkedIn, defense magazines and other leading industry publications. His weekly newsletter on LinkedIn, "Guns 'N' Diplomacy", blog, "The Radioactive Warzone", and LinkedIn posts under, "HangarPosts: The Maverick Take", collectively provide insights, perspectives & analysis on the A&D Industry, Geopolitics, Warfare and All Things Nuclear.
