Joy Eden

Escaping into the pages of a book was normal for Joy Eden as a child. She enjoyed a very memorable childhood in Lagos, Nigeria. Books built her imagination and ability to reason. Giving birth to two adorable children afforded her the opportunity to enter that world of wild wonder again, providing insights into concepts and themes that she had lost touch of. Their ceaseless innocent chatter, questions, and funny behaviour 'created' many of the fictitious characters in Mother Moon's Night Party and other Stories with which she teaches values and important lessons in fun, colorful and interesting ways that only children can truly understand.

Mother Moon's Night Party and other Stories is her first book, which offers a taste of dreamy childlike wonder, nostalgia and fun.

She sings with a formidable music ensemble that has produced some amazing musical pieces. She enjoys preparing healthy, nutritious meals. She speaks French fluently as well.
