Leticia has been in education for over twenty years and enjoys collaborating with leaders who stand for making positive changes in education. She has been inspired to take her teaching practices to a new level in hopes that more teachers will keep their passion for teaching and find joy along the way.

She thrives on exploring and expanding her awareness for promoting a growth mindset philosophy and mindfulness practices in teaching.

Today she advocates to promotes leadership and positive changes in education. She reminds us that students and their smallest actions can lead to inspiring us to take on new endeavors in life and in our profession. She is committed to increasing student success and providing support to educators around the world in understanding who they are as teachers and why they love teaching.

Leticia enjoys traveling and learning about different cultures around the world. She enjoys spending time with her family in their vacation home and working on her entrepreneurial project. Working with like-minded people who share a passion for life and learning is something she will always embrace and continue to nurture.
