Joseph E. Fulton

Joseph Fulton is an award-winning educator and running coach in Oregon. He has been a genealogist for over 40 years and writes books about colorful characters from his own family history. His topics of research include the Civil War; World War II; the placement of dams in the Pacific Northwest and early railroad history. He is also a humorist through his alter-ego Babe Magic Thorpe: The Greatest Athlete on Earth.
