Eman Kanaani

Like everyone else, Eman had her own Drama, starting with fleeing her original country at the age of three with her family. What she went through since then seemed uncomplicated at what life has thrown at her now, Yahya; her son, and everything. Yahya has a rare genetic syndrome called CHARGE, which gives him severe disabilities and complex needs. In the beginning, this was an unbearable task for Eman until she decided to take positive actions to recharge every day. Using her illustration skills and positive vibes she wrote her first graphic book “YAHYA IN CHARGE”. This simple family comic book has inspired her local readers and brought tears to their eyes.
