My name is Maurice L. Mitchell. I am excited about being a part of the Amazon KDP family. And speaking of family, my three amazing children are the very reasons that I am alive today. When suicide almost claimed my life, it was their love, support, humor, and continuous encouragement that kept me alive. In fighting for my own life, I was fighting for them.

I have just published my very first literary piece entitled, "The Great Endurance." This is a true story. It is a deep look into my life in how I overcame the horrendous hardships of suffering through child sexual abuse.

My readers are encouraged to remain strong while facing each and every trial/tribulation. After reading my book, I would like for my readers to know that it is their faith and willingness to endure through life's formidable obstacles that will solidify their victory through anything they face in their lives.
