Dr. Peter Gruenewald, MD,

is a lifelong meditator, physician, and researcher specializing in adaptive resilience, stress regulation, and performance optimization. He is an internationally recognized expert in the integration of scientific research, breathwork, and meditation techniques for mental and emotional well-being. His work spans across medicine, mindfulness, and spiritual practice, bridging ancient wisdom with modern science to help individuals cultivate inner balance, resilience, and higher states of awareness.

As an Clinical Specialist in Sleep Medicine and Integrated General Medicine at University College London Hospital (Royal Hospital for Integrated Medicine), Peter applies cutting-edge insights into heart rate variability (HRV), nervous system regulation, and breath work to enhance well-being and cognitive performance.
