Having completed a UCLA Anderson Post Graduate Program in Management for Executives (UCLA PGPX) (USA), Ramesh Subramanian is a MLE member of Leaders Excellence at

Harvard Square (USA) as well as a Leaders Excellence Certified Leader. He also holds a Certificate in Business Acumen from INSEAD.

Starting out with modest foundations in life, he is an ex-student of The Assembly of God Church in Kolkata, Padma Seshadri Bala Bhavan School & Loyola College in Chennai. Born and raised in Kolkata, hailing from Kallidaikuirchi, a quaint village in Tirunelveli district, in the state of Tamil Nadu, India, moved to Chennai three decades ago. With more than 20 years of experience in companies such as Ernst & Young, Ford, IBM, Hewlett Packard, Renault Nissan, etc., primarily in the realm of Finance & Accounting in various capacities.

Gaining a rich understanding of leadership, values, communication and people management helps tackle different spheres with ease. It is the myriad experiences in the professional journey that are being relied upon in this book.
