Walter Clark Wilson

Walter Clark Wilson is an associate professor of political science at the University of Texas at San Antonio. He is a 2008 Ph.D. graduate of the Carl Albert Congressional Research and Studies Center at the University of Oklahoma, and was a 2006-2007 American Political Science Association Congressional Fellow.
