Roseann McGrath Brooks

Think Hallmark romances, with a little less schmaltz (still "happily ever after") and a pinch of faith. Roseann McGrath Brooks loves reading and writing about romance, although she often wishes her own heroes and heroines would get together more quickly. Her Vacation Friends Romance series features four books, with three more planned. She also loves writing about grammar. (Check out her blog on her website.) She's a Pennsylvania-based retired editor and current part-time college writing tutor, thrilled to be living across the street from a cookie bakery. She has a BA in English and French and an MA in Humanities. Roseann and her retired minister husband live near their two children, three grandchildren, and the rest of their extended family. (That's PA for you!) She loves theater, bell choir, biking, running, skiing, the Eagles (read book 2!), and trying to keep her extroverted self in check.
