Deborah Steinberg

Deborah E. Steinberg is an Optometrist and Author in Modesto, CA and co-author of The Truth Zone: Stories of Adventure and Misadventure Climbing California's Highest Peaks with Adrian Crane. Deborah is a mountaineer, and together with Adrian Crane summitted all of the "California 14ers," the mountains in California over 14,000 feet. She continues to climb mountains and spend as much time as possible outdoors, most recently climbing the Mexican Volcanoes. Deborah is married and has two daughters. She was a Girl Scout Leader for 13 years, and her troop was the "outdoorsy" one.
