Founders of the nonprofit Recovery Chapel, a ministry for the long-term recovery of substance use disorders, and Recovery Literature, the Robertsons provide Bible-based materials to help individuals reconnect with their chosen family, with God, and with the people of the world.
With over 50 years of sobriety and serenity between them, the Robertsons bring the biblical perspective to suffering families and the sober perspective to Christian families. Their books include Recovery for the Christian Family: Surviving Alcoholism, Recovery for the Christian Family2: Living with Alcoholism, Executive Summary of the Bible. The Robertsons have raised two sons and stay involved with Twelve-Step groups and church in Springfield, Missouri.
