Hannah Sparks

Hannah spent most of her career working in childcare. Feeling like a change, she began writing and publishing books for grown-ups under her real name, Hannah Ellis.

In a bid to get attention from her young sons, she decided to give children’s books a try. Writing about dragons and talking animals was quite a change from writing romantic comedies, but she enjoyed it very much.

Sparks was the childhood nickname of Hannah's lovely Mum. It seemed like a fitting name for her children’s books.
