Allison Joy Bailey

Dr. Allison Joy Bailey is a former professor of Communication, Environmental Studies, Geography, and Geographic Information Science with over 20 years of experience as a public speaker, writer, educator, and course designer. Currently, she is an educator/administrator of Gear Up Promise in Nebraska. She lives in a renovated historic building with her tiny dog Penelope. She spends her free time writing her next book, exploring the beautiful and wild places, taking nature photography and advocating for her community.
