Sachin Srivastava is a software engineer in India. Having also worked in the petro-chemicals, height safety, banking, textiles, heavy engineering, telecom, and enterprise software industries. Sachin's development experience includes Oracle, Microsoft Technologies, Python, .NET, SharePoint, Swift, Objective-C and other languages, markup, and platforms.

Sachin Srivastava is a technical consultant who specializes in Oracle & Microsoft Platforms, Virtualization, and Cloud Computing with Microsoft Azure and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure. He has over 14 years of experience with Microsoft & Oracle technologies and has achieved many industry-admired certifications, including Microsoft Certified Solutions Expert (MCSE) for Server Infrastructure and Private Cloud.

In this book, he has put Real-World practical examples and scenarios, he implemented during his engagement on various projects at India, US, UK, Middle East, Australia & Nigeria

He currently works for a Fortune 500 technology company and is involved with the implementation and support of MS Azure, Hyper-V solutions and Oracle Apps, Database, Cloud technologies that provide technical and operational insights into research and development and businesses.

Outside his professional role, Sachin likes to travel to new locations and enjoys photography as a hobby. He tries to take great pictures. He came in to contact with PowerShell in 2010. Since then, he has published a wealth of articles, blogs, and PowerShell scripts. He loves teaching PowerShell and speaking at User Group events.

He is fascinated by anything to do with life: food, philosophy, self-help techniques, and biographies of famous people, which he finds inspiring. In his free time, you will often find him reading a book on any of these subjects. His ideology can be summed up by his phrase: "You see a mousetrap, I see free cheese and a challenge!"
