Beth Berila

I am an Embodied Leadership Coach & Facilitator who supports people in deep transformation to more fully embody their wholeness. I am particularly interested in journeys of unlearning all the conditioning from systems of oppression (racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, classism, ableism, xenophobia, and so on) and co-creating more liberatory ways of being with ourselves and one another.Learn more about me at https://www.bethberila.com/
