Tracy Loken-Weber

Meet Tracy Loken Weber, M.Ed.

Tracy Loken Weber is an Educator, Leader, Speaker, Trainer, Author, Foster Parent and Adoptive Mother to nine brilliant and resilient children.

She grew up in rural Minnesota and has a passion for education, children and continuous learning. Tracy has over 25+ years of progressive administrative experience, leadership and supervision with a diverse educationally focused workforce K-12/Higher Education and Adult Literacy Fields. She has excellent organizational abilities, strategic leadership, creative problem solving, demonstrated ability to lead teams, and strong communication skills. Tracy is confident, committed to community, flexible, persevering, and empathetic with a sense of humor.

Tracy serves her community through servant leadership and service, actively serving on numerous local, state and national committees. She is passionate about education, foster care, adoption and works fervently to advocate for children in care.

Tracy is a best-selling author and/or editor of multiple books including her mother’s Simple and Delicious Family Recipe Cookbook, I Am Enough In Christ series book including a companion workbook and devotional, several books in the Made to Overcome series, and finally, her best-selling collaborative lived-experience book, Simply Dedicated – Stories and Devotionals From and For Adoptive and Foster Parents. She is scheduled to release more books and is participating in additional collaborations including her three years of research around literacy and trauma for her doctoral dissertation.
