Before I was 55, I didn’t know gut microbes even existed.

I didn’t know that my many health issues were related to the harm done to my gut by the large doses of antibiotics given me many years earlier.

Fortunately, I met the Weston A Price group who helped me heal my gut with nutritionally dense and fermented foods – and totally changed the direction of my life.

What a discovery! These lowly microbes are the vital link to your health!

It became my passion to share the power of gut microbes with as many people as I could possibly reach.

And what better way than a really cool children’s book?! Parents will read it to their young children. Once kids learn to read, they will read it again and again! The pictures alone will make them laugh! The rhyming lessons will keep their interest.

And of course, a song – so kids will get up and dance!

Yes! a children’s book. - for parents too.

Next, another book: for 8-11 year olds, to help them make healthy food choices, and help them find out what happens to the food they eat.
