Dr Catherine McGregor PCC CPCC is an executive coach, author, and leadership development

specialist who works with senior leaders, General Counsel, and high-potential executives navigating

complexity, visibility, and change. She has delivered group coaching, leadership and transformation programs globally.

Her work focuses on helping accomplished professionals strengthen judgment, influence, and enterprise-wide impact in fast-moving, high-stakes environments. She has a special focus on how to optimize your human skills to succeed in the Age of AI.
