Halit M. E. Tagma Ph.D.

Dr. Halit M. E. Tagma is a tenured associate professor in the Department of Politics and International Affairs at Northern Arizona University, Flagstaff AZ. He received his Ph.D. from Arizona State University. He is a former Marie Curie Fellow of the European Union and has conducted research in Europe and the Middle East. His areas of focus are political economy, international relations theory, and international security. His publications have appeared in journals such as Alternatives, Security Dialogue, Contemporary Security Policy, and Globalizations. His most recent book is titled "Understanding and Explaining the Iranian Nuclear 'Crisis': Theoretical Approaches" published by Lexington Press.
