Desiré Mosser

Desiré Mosser has spent more than 20 years working in online and blended learning environments, supporting students and mentoring educators. Through her work with Florida Virtual School and Pasco eSchool, she has helped teachers strengthen instructional practices, supported professional development initiatives, and guided educators in building meaningful connections with students in virtual settings. She has also contributed to the development of blended learning models designed to support classroom teachers and is a former Teacher of the Year.

Desiré is a state and national conference presenter who regularly shares practical, relatable strategies for virtual teaching, instructional design, and educator sustainability. She currently serves as vice president of Florida BOLD (Blended Online Learning Discovery of Florida), a statewide organization dedicated to connecting and supporting virtual and blended educators through professional learning, collaboration, and advocacy.
