Kenneth Norton

Kenneth Norton has devoted a large part of his life to the California School for the Deaf, Berkeley and Fremont. He has spent seventy-five years with the school as a student, teacher, coach, dean of students and volunteer. Ken's literary accomplishments include, "The Deaf at Work," "The Berkeley Classic: The First World Games of the Deaf Tryouts," "The Effects of Home Environment on Students Behaviors," "The Eagle Soars to Enlightenment: The History of the California School for the Deaf," and "My Life with Audree." His wife of sixty-three years, Audree, passed away in 2015. He lives in Fremont, California near his daughter, son, granddaughter (and her husband), grandson (and his wife), and two great-grandsons.
