I am a pharmacist and an attorney and have been teaching pharmacy law either full-time or part time for over 30 years. I am the founder of Dr. C's Review Guides and co-author of a comprehensive book on Texas and Federal pharmacy law that is used by all of the colleges and schools of pharmacy in Texas. I also am the author of a shorter review guide to help graduating pharmacy students and pharmacists moving to Texas pass the Texas MPJE needed to obtain a pharmacist license. My Uniform MPJE (UMPJE) Review book was one of the first on the market in 2026 as I had been following development of the UMPJE for several years. I am also the co-author of MPJE review guides for Pennsylvania and New York under the Dr. C's Review Guides umbrella. My review guides are comprehensive and updated annually.
