Lola B

Lola B is the author of the "ABC Botany Books" series, which introduces children to the wonders of plants and nature through engaging stories and illustrations. She studied Laboratory Medicine, Biology, and Chemistry at Towson University in Maryland and worked in a hospital laboratory for 42 years before retiring. Her passion for botany and gardening led her to study Sustainable Horticulture later in life.

Now, she works part-time with preschoolers and writes books that aim to inspire young readers to appreciate the natural world. As a mother and grandmother, she treasures the moments spent reading with children and hopes her stories spark curiosity about how natural systems work together. In her free time, she enjoys gardening, reading, and traveling.
