Forty-five years in business will teach you things no curriculum can. Brian has held leadership roles at GE, AT&T, Microsoft, Cap Gemini Ernst & Young, Deloitte and Touche, and Lenovo. What those years gave him wasn’t just experience. They gave him a felt sense of what leaders are actually carrying.
Along the way, Brian has been an actor, a clerk, a project manager, an engineer, an analyst, a consultant, a salesperson, a sales manager, and a coach. He has sat on every side of the table that matters. That breadth isn’t a footnote on a resume. It’s the thing that makes his work with leaders land differently.
Brian is a certified Strozzi Somatic Coach and a certified Ikigai Coach, and he has studied Mindful Business at NYU and Wisdom and Power through Pluralistic Networks. He also spent years teaching Improv for Business and leading his own improv troupe. Woven through all of it is deep work in Fernando Flores’s Conversations for Action and Core Commitment Cycle, which shapes how Brian helps leaders and teams make and keep meaningful agreements. He brings the same rigor to Appreciative Inquiry, using it to help organizations discover what is already working and build forward from genuine strength rather than deficit.
Today Brian leads Q4 Consulting, where he works with leaders and their teams on the human dimensions of organizational life: empathy at scale, AI and human dynamics, digital wellness, and what it means to build genuine community inside a company. He is a professional speaker across all four of those topics and a featured presenter at international conferences, including the Conscious Capitalism International Conference.
Brian is a co-author of the bestselling Are We Friends or Coworkers? Exploring Relationships at Work, and his newest co-authored book, Future-Ready Performance Playbook: A Practical Guide to Human Experience, Leadership, and Sustainable Success in the AI Era, launches August 8, 2026.
If you are navigating what leadership actually requires right now, Brian has likely already stood where you are standing.
