Author Saamia Bukhari holds a Master of Management in Hospitality (MMH) degree from Cornell University's world-renowned Nolan School of Hotel Administration. She graduated from Boston College’s Carroll School of Management with a B.S. in Management and Marketing, awarded as the most outstanding Marketing student of her class. Bukhari has gained experience in various areas including consulting, marketing, operations, strategy, sales, and business development, allowing her to develop a multi-faceted perspective. After researching high-performing regional restaurants, she decided to take her experience and pair it with her inner foodie to create her first book, Restaurant Redefined: Exploring Trends in the Restaurant Industry—a guide to the latest innovations in the restaurant world.
Beyond her interests in business and food, Bukhari enjoys competitive sports, card and board games, and creative, artistic outlets. Equipped with a quick wit, she never misses an opportunity to tap into her endless supply of well-crafted puns.
