Her obsession with entrepreneurs and their behaviour began with her dad who had his own glazing business when she was a child. When she was four years old, he told her polar bears worked in his factory - and she was hooked from then on in. She didn’t know at the time, but her early experience lit a fire in her that later became a career long mission to deeply understand and enable the mindset of the people behind the businesses, helping them to avoid the most common self-inflicted misadventures.

Since then Gayle has supported some of the UK and India's most exciting entrepreneurs, most latterly as COO at Entrepreneurial Spark, she has personally worked with over 150 entrepreneurial leaders, as well as leading a UK and India wide operations to support over 4000 entrepreneurs.

When she is not working with entrepreneurs Gayle enjoys nothing more than challenging herself and others to try new things and to see what the body and mind can achieve, mainly through sport and fitness of any kind. Her latest obsession is paddle boarding!

Now she's on a mission alongside her co-author Lucy-Rose Walker, to tell the honest truth about what it feels like to be an entrepreneur daily and to showcase real and relatable entrepreneurs. What began as just an idea, has since grown into a book, a podcast (www.misadventuresinentrepreneuring.com/podcast) and now a way of existing that every entrepreneur can adopt to create the life they really want to live.
