PIZZA:

After my first bite of a great pizza when I was 14, I slowly became an addicted pizza lover.

Eating "great" pizza (run of the mill just didn't do) seven nights a week became the norm.

After sampling every pizza I came across over the years, ten became my favorite and the only ones I then ate.

Ten years after taking my first bite, I began making my own pizza. Since then, I have spent most of my life in perfecting one of the greatest foods on earth and am sharing my vast knowledge of pizzas with you as it's my passion for all pizza lovers to enjoy quality pizza as well.

Although my occupation has revolved around the automobile in many forms, my heart has always been on pizza.

There is only so much that can be said regarding the art of making great pizza and I have it covered.

ANXIETY:

Not only did I make my first pizza at age 24 but I experienced my first harmless panic attack also which turned into a life robbing eight year nightmare.

After exhausting all medical resources within my means, I discovered the answers to my questions in a book that finally led to my full recovery. Before recovery, I had become a full blown agoraphobic. Unable to work, I had become a prisoner in our home, afraid to leave for fear of panicking whether I was alone or with someone.

It has been over forty years now since my last panic attack.

It's amazing what fear can do to a person and just as amazing and more importantly, what losing your fear can do also.
