Jens Olaf Koch

Jens Olaf Koch, a Cologne, Germany–based author and translator, writes and translates specialist books but also enjoys looking beyond the usual boundaries.

For much longer than he has been publishing specialist books, he has been publishing poetry—sometimes playful, experimental, concrete, visual, but also more traditional poems—in book form, anthologies, magazines, and online.

Koch is a long-standing member of the German writers’ association VS and of Literaturszene Köln e.V. (a nonprofit organization supporting and promoting Cologne’s literary community).
