Alli Esker

Alli Esker is an Associate Consultant at Microsoft and a proud Summa Cum Laude graduate of The Ohio State University, where she majored in finance. She is passionate about women’s equality and empowerment in addition to the concept of change and transformation, both of which inspired her to write The Power of Pivot.

Alli’s personal interests for seeking challenge, adventure, and growth in her life include being a RYT200 certified yoga instructor and recently going on a 7-week solo road trip across the western United States. Talk about female empowerment! Alli feels that belief in oneself is a strong catalyst towards achieving a change; whether it’s raising tens of thousands of dollars to combat human trafficking or training for her next big ultra-endurance event, she strongly believes in herself and her ability to make a positive impact wherever she may go.
