Andrew Adeniyi

Andrew Adeniyi is a first-generation Nigerian-American from South Bend, Indiana. He holds his bachelor’s degree in Entrepreneurship and Corporate Innovation from the Kelley School of Business at Indiana University Bloomington and his Master’s of Science in Management, Strategy & Leadership from Michigan State University. With over 10 years of executive-level experience in retail operations management and consulting, Andrew is passionate about empowering others in their journey towards developing great organizational cultures. When he is not writing, consulting, or speaking about organizational leadership, he is spending time with his wonderful wife and two amazing children in Indianapolis, Indiana.
