Tom Dushaj is a Business and Technology Executive with extensive experience in a variety of management disciplines in Business Management, Marketing, Enterprise Resource Planning Software, Technology Staffing and Consulting, Labor Relations, Personnel Management and International Business Operations. My work experience includes Personnel Administration, Research and Development, Product Development, Project Management, Management Information Systems, and Manufacturing and Quality Assurance.
