Joe Wallin

Joe Wallin is a corporate and securities lawyer in Seattle, Washington. Joe has been helping early stage companies, and investors in early stage companies, since the late 1990s. He has been an active participant in public policy, trying to make the world a better place for entrepreneurs and angel investors. He is a member of the Angel Capital Association’s Public Policy Advisory Council. He has been published in a number of places, including the Wall Street Journal. He is also the co-author of the Holloway Guide to Equity Compensation.
