James Morris Jr

James Morris, Jr. was born and raised in Chicago, Illinois. James Morris, Jr. is an economist for the federal government, an investor, financial literacy coach,and a real estate coach for new investors interested in property ownership.

He earned a Bachelors of Science degree in Economics from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign. Mr. Morris purchased his first investment property at the age of 24 and used the equity in his first investment property to purchase his first commercial multi-family property.

He is the father of three intelligent children; their names are Langston, Kamden, and Kerrington.

Knowing the importance of educating his children about property ownership, investing, financial literacy, and generational wealth, Mr. Morris began writing a series of children books which reflect children of color and the importance of financial literacy and building generational wealth. He hopes that his books and courses inspire people to understand the importance of financial literacy for themselves and their children.

Mr. Morris educates children and their caregivers about financial literacy. He has authored three books titled "Trip to the Building", Kerrington goes Shopping", and Kerrington Builds a Budget (activity book).

"Trip to the Building" is a delightful children's book, Mr. Morris takes his twin sons on a trip to their family's investment property to teach them all about how to take care of it and make it prosper.

Along the way, they'll learn valuable lessons about financial literacy, property ownership, using the common tools, and generating wealth for future generations.
