Wallace Wyatt III

Minister Wallace E. Wyatt III is the first born of Wallace Wyatt Jr. and Palarcus Standley of Orlando, FL. His early childhood was spent living and growing up with his father’s family where he learned the importance of God, Family, and Education. After graduating with an honors diploma from Jones High School (Orange County, FL.), he started his collegiate career at Bethune-Cookman University in Daytona Beach, FL. While there, he served as the President of Campus Ministries, studied Business Education 6-12, and graduated Summa Cum Laude with a Bachelor of Arts in Liberal Studies, and minors in Business Administration and Public Administration in 2018. After which, he began his Graduate Studies at the Perkins School of Theology at Southern Methodist University (SMU) in Dallas, TX. In 2021, Wallace graduated with a Master of Divinity with a concentration in Church/Nonprofit Management, after receiving the Bert Affleck Award for creativity in ministry during internship.

Also at SMU, in August of 2023, Wallace completed the coursework for the Doctor of Ministry Program, with a concentration in vocational direction, organizational management, and community building. While in pursuit of this degree, in January of 2023, he was given the distinguished honor of being the first student to preach at the Church Under the Bridge, in Waco, TX. Later in 2024, Wallace stepped away from his studies to be more attentive to his adopted son, Jezer Baruc Fernandez Rodriguez.

Since 2015, he has served under the leadership of Bishop Quan L. and Dr. Patricia A. Miller at Christ Dominion Church Orlando where he was later elevated to the office of an Ordained Minister on April 2, 2023. He is also the former Young Adult Pastor of Hamilton Park United Methodist Church in Dallas, TX. Vocationally, Wallace served as a Program Director, and the Outreach Manager for the American Exchange Project, a non-profit organization that sends high school seniors on a two week, all expense paid, domestic exchange experience. As a result of Wallace’s ministerial endeavors, published writings, and community involvement, the community has given him the affectionate title of The Young People’s Pastor and he has been deemed an opportunity creator. In all that he does, he believes God has called him to provide a safe, loving, and encouraging environment that promotes good trouble, provokes positive change, and inspires people to live in their God given purpose!
