Kelly Kas

A 6-foot beach ball was part of the inspiration for her debut tale (One Little Wish), as well as having to kick a 'too-big' ball out of her house. Kelly says that reading bedtime stories to her boys provides some of her sweetest memories. Kelly hopes that reading her books will give parents and their little ones loads of joyful times, reading together.

Kelly is also the creator of the groundbreaking activity book series- Cut, Color, & Give. Kelly's son loved to color pictures and then give them to people. As a mom, Kelly noticed that typical coloring pages were too detailed for her kiddo's ability level. Also, generic coloring pages were nice, but she envisioned something more intentional and special for his gifting. With this in mind, the Cut, Color, & Give series was born. The thoughtfully designed coloring pages are combined with greetings (typically found in cards) allowing young children to easily create homemade gifts!

When she is not writing or reading, author Kelly Kas enjoys relaxing in her treehouse, playing lava floor, and watching Hallmark movies.
