Leona Thomas

Leona Thomas is President & Founder of Enabling Investments, LLC providing Strategic Management and Business Advisory Services. Leona is a Business Transformation Expert with over 25 years in building and reshaping organizations. Throughout her career, Leona has led and advised companies from startups to Global Fortune 500 corporations through major transformations involving innovation, high growth, emerging technologies, emerging industries, corporate repositioning, new product creation, turnarounds, regulatory and industry changes, mergers & acquisitions, and operational improvements.

Leona has a BSE in Electrical and Computer Engineering as well as an Executive MBA from Drexel University and is a member of Beta Gamma Sigma.

Beyond her professional initiatives, Leona has always made a commitment to serving her community. In addition to being on the SIM (Society for Information Management) Women’s Executive Leadership Summit Council, Leona is a long-standing Board Member and Strategic Planning Chairperson for the William Way Community Center - Philadelphia’s LGBTQA Community Center directly serving over 60,000 people a year. Leona also built WITI Portland Chapter’s Professional Development and Mentoring Programs and continually mentors both young kids and adults within her communities.
