Keith Murphy

Hello! Welcome to my biography! I am Keith Murphy, sometimes known as G. Keith or Gilbert K. Murphy. Presently, I am 73 years of age, living in Norman Park, Georgia, USA, and practicing law (part time) as an Elder Law attorney, writing books, and enjoying life.

I had retired from law practice when I was 52 in order to live a little; in fact, I lived a lot over the last 20 years, and I am now back where I was raised, settling in for the next chapter of my life.

During the last 20 years, I have written and published four books: two memoirs, a historical fiction novel, a collection of short stories, and now, just publishing my latest, an Elder Law guide entitled, "No Nursing Home for Me!" While I enjoy my Elder Law Practice (practicing out of my home, usually in casual clothes with no court appearances), I'd rather be known as a writer.

My reading audience has been small, but very supportive based on the reviews I have received to all my efforts. The Elder Law guide, now being published, is my first step into what I call commercial writing . . . hoping to sell useful information.
