Dr. DeShonda Jennings is a passionate leader in early childhood education, helping families and childcare professionals build thriving, nurturing environments for children. A devoted mother, Family Childcare Business Owner, Childcare Coach, international speaker, and best-selling author, she brings years of experience and heart to the field. Raised in Kenbridge, VA, her love for children inspired her to launch DJ Shining Stars Childcare Program, a successful home-based business serving infants through school-age children.
