Roberto Roseano

Roberto Roseano è nato nel 1958 a Gemona del Friuli (Udine).

Si è laureato a Padova in Scienze Statistiche.

Dal 1986 vive a Bergamo e lavora a Milano nel settore della comunicazione pubblicitaria.

Nel 2014-15 ha scritto e autoprodotto il suo primo libro, "L'Ardito - Romanzo storico", ambientato nella Prima Guerra Mondiale. Pubblicato successivamente dall'editore Itinera Progetti, nell'autunno 2017 il libro ha vinto la 50° edizione del prestigioso Premio Acqui Storia, sezione romanzo storico, superando in finale autori affermati e grandi case editrici.

Nel 2020 il libro ha vinto l'XI edizione del Premio Generale De Cia ed è stato tradotto in inglese.

Nel corso degli anni ha realizzato e curato la pubblicazione di molti altri libri sui Reparti d'assalto italiani.

È amministratore di una pagina Facebook con oltre 7.000 followers, attraverso cui raccoglie e condivide foto e documenti sugli Arditi della Grande Guerra. https://www.facebook.com/ArditiXXII

Roberto Roseano was born in 1958 at Gemona del Friuli (Udine).

He graduated in Statistical Sciences in Padua.

Since 1986 he has been working in Milan in the advertising industry.

He lives in Bergamo.

In 2014-15 he wrote his first book, “L’Ardito - Romanzo storico”, set in the First World War.

Published later by Itinera Progetti, in autumn 2017 it won the 50th edition of the prestigious Premio Acqui Storia, historical novel section, surpassing in the final established authors and great publishing houses.

In the year 2020 his book won the XI edition of the General Amedeo De Cia award and then it was translated into English.

Over the years he has made many other books on the Italian Assault Units.

He is the administrator of the Facebook page “Arditi of the XXII Assault Unit”, with over 7,000 followers, through which he collects and shares photos and documents on the Arditi of the Great War. https://www.facebook.com/ArditiXXII
