Christy Noel

Christy Noel is a career expert, author, award-winning marketing executive, foster dog mom, and seven-time IRONMAN® triathlon finisher.

Christy worked her way up the corporate ladder in business-to-business tech companies and startups. Along the way she held positions she loved and at least one she hated. She has worked for a few great bosses and several who were not-so-great. She’s been a part of outstanding teams and some that could use more leadership, guidance, and business acumen. She also managed people who were smart, but green, and could benefit from some career mentorship and advice.

What Christy didn’t find in her career journey were tools to help navigate the real-life career situations she was experiencing and witnessing. She didn’t have mentors that had been through the situations she was in, and therefore, found herself learning “on the job,” literally. She realized she could help others by sharing her own experiences of life, lessons, learnings, and even laughs, in the corporate world.
