Sam Watts

Sam Watts serves at one of the largest community-based non-profit organizations in Canada. Unlike many CBNP leaders—he spent the majority of his career in the private sector. Previous to joining the Mission, he held a number of management positions in the business community and, for fourteen years, worked with leaders of large corporations as a performance improvement consultant. He currently serves as the CEO of one of Montreal's largest community-based non-profit organizations.

Watts has written dozens of articles on leadership and management, and has had the privilege of speaking to groups in more than a dozen countries on four continents. He resides in Beaconsfield, Quebec.
